1 月17日，17名Nike員工參加了公司的員工培訓活動，探訪天水圍綜緩家庭，了解基層街坊的生活狀況；這次社區接觸，不但讓員工們明白綜援制度的底縕，更重要的是與生活於基層朋友接觸和交流，了解他們生活的喜與悲。此外，在導賞員帶領下，參加者遊歷了各個未來發展區域，對天水圍的環境及發展計劃有了更進一步的認識。

Pre-Chinese New Year Visit to Ethnic Minorities
The last ACT to Care Program of RYTHM Foundation was hold on 14 Jan. 22 staffs joined the visit to understand the culture of ethnic minorities. The cultural characteristics and livelihood of Ethnic Minorities (EM) in Hong Kong were introduced and gifts were given to the EM families for celebrating Chinese New Year.
